Terms of Use
Effective 18 September 2026
These terms govern use of software built and operated by ZAMEER LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company and the fractional operating practice of Zeeshan Bhatti, including any application that connects to a QuickBooks Online company. Where a signed services agreement exists between ZAMEER and a client, that agreement governs and these terms supplement it. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
ZAMEER LLC grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the client's own internal business purposes for the term of the engagement. The software is not a public product and is not offered for general sale or redistribution. Do not sublicense it, resell it, or provide access to it to a third party without our written agreement.
The software reads from QuickBooks Online. It holds read-only access: it has no capability to create, alter, void or delete any record there, no setting or flag enables one, and it will not be given one without the client's written agreement. If a future version were ever to require write access, that would be a material change, and it would be agreed with the client in writing before it shipped.
The software reports on figures drawn from QuickBooks and from the client's own operational records. QuickBooks remains the system of record. Where the two disagree, that disagreement is a finding to investigate, not a correction to apply.
Nothing the software produces is accounting, tax, audit, legal or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified accountant. Do not file, remit or certify anything on the strength of its output alone.
The software runs locally and depends on services we do not control, including QuickBooks Online and the network between them. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. Connections to QuickBooks expire by design and periodically need renewing, which is ordinary behaviour and not a fault.
The software is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We stand behind our work and will fix what we get wrong, and that commitment lives in the services agreement rather than in a blanket warranty here.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ZAMEER LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from use of the software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the fees paid to ZAMEER LLC for the engagement under which it was provided during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
You may disconnect the application from QuickBooks at any time, from inside QuickBooks under Settings, then Apps, then Disconnect. Access ends immediately. Either party may end the engagement in accordance with the services agreement. On termination the licence ends, and data already held on your own computer remains yours to keep or delete.
ZAMEER retains ownership of the software and its underlying methods, except where the services agreement assigns work product to the client, in which case that agreement controls. Your data is and remains yours.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. ZAMEER is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by your own agreement with Intuit.
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Where a change materially affects an active client, we will tell that client directly rather than rely on them noticing.
These terms, and any dispute between the client and ZAMEER LLC arising from them or from the software, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky have exclusive jurisdiction.
