Zeeshan Bhatti is a finance and operations professional with over 10 years of experience spanning private equity, venture capital, company operations, economic development, asset management, and tax incentive procurement. He is the founder of ZAMEER.
He has built and deployed custom full-stack AI software applications at portfolio companies using AI-assisted development. He brings all of it to ZAMEER clients.
What makes Zeeshan unusual is the range. He brings advanced financial modeling, business analytics, enterprise sales enablement, and data science capabilities alongside hands-on operator experience: conducting institutional investment due diligence, structuring SPVs and preferred equity instruments, negotiating term sheets, securing $7.5M in tax incentives, managing a portfolio of 138 companies, and co-leading a $15M equity raise.
